This 6 piece band brings together some of the most established musicians performing in the West Country and beyond. With a repertoire that ranges from seventies’ soul funk classics by James Brown, Stevie Wonder, the Jackson Five and Bill Withers to modern classic artists such as Jamiroquai, The Scissor Sisters, Gnarls Barkley & Amy Winehouse, this is a band dedicated to dancing.

Featuring the exquisite vocals of Sarah Govier, one of the West Country's finest singers, ably accompanied by five of the

regions best musicians, this band are a highly skilled outfit, who gain superb reviews whenever & wherever they perform.

Solar are fully self contained, equipped with their own P.A. system and lighting, which they are more than happy to allow use of for speeches, background music between sets etc….

For larger events a full horn section (trumpet, trombone and sax) can be included for a very full sound and visual impact.
